This privacy policy applies only to dorellworks.com, the public website of DorellWorks Software Development Services. Software products developed by DorellWorks (such as Hapsay) operate under their own privacy policies, published on their respective websites.

Data we collect on this site

DorellWorks does not require a website account or run its own analytics or tracking scripts. We do not log identifying visitor information at the application level. If you email us or book a Tech Check, we receive the contact and appointment information you choose to provide.

Google Calendar bookings

The Google Calendar scheduler loads only when you select “Book a Tech Check.” It connects your browser to Google, which may use cookies and process technical and booking information under its privacy policy . Information you submit in the scheduler is handled by Google and shared with DorellWorks to arrange and deliver your appointment. Closing the scheduler removes it from this page. You can also open it directly in a new tab.

Hosting and standard server logs

The site is hosted on a third-party platform (Cloudflare Pages) which, like any web host, may retain short-term technical logs (timestamps, request paths, anonymised IP addresses) for security and operational reasons. These logs are governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy and are not accessed or used by DorellWorks for any purpose.
